1. Purpose
These Terms of Sale govern the relationship between Whitening Strips and any person making a purchase through this website.
2. Products
The products offered for sale are those described on the website. We strive to present products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may exist.
3. Prices
All prices are displayed in USD and exclude applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Whitening Strips reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Products will be billed at the price in effect at the time of the order.
4. Orders
Placing an order on this website implies full acceptance of these Terms of Sale. An order confirmation will be sent by email after payment is validated.
5. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Accepted payment methods include:
- Credit/debit card
- Other methods available at checkout
All transactions are secured.
6. Delivery
Orders are delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination.
7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable regulations, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. Products must be returned in their original condition.
8. Returns & Refunds
In the event of an accepted return:
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of error on our part

Whitening Strips shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from improper use of a purchased product.
